Student Visa (Subclass 500) – Study in Australia
The Subclass 500 Student Visa allows international students to live, study, and work in Australia for the duration of their course, up to a maximum of five years. During term time, students can work up to 48 hours per fortnight, and there is no work limit during official school breaks.
To apply, students must first receive a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) from an Australian education provider. This visa is essential for all non-Australian citizens or permanent residents who wish to pursue full-time studies in Australia.
To lodge your application, you must prepare the following:

What You'll Need to Apply
All student visa applicants must complete the GSR questionnaire, which demonstrates your study intention, background, and why you chose Australia. The Department of Home Affairs assesses these responses as part of your visa outcome.

Explain why the applicant wishes to study this course in Australia with this particular education provider. This must also explain their understanding of the requirements of the intended course and studying and living in Australia.

學生監護人簽證 (590,Student Guardian Visa)
此簽證為一種臨時簽證,專為國際學生的監護人設計,允許他們陪伴年齡未滿18歲的學生在澳洲學習期間提供照護和支持。在某些特殊情況下,如果學生年滿18歲且需要照顧,監護人仍可申請此簽證。持有此簽證的人可以多次進出澳洲,簽證的有效期與學生簽證的有效期相同。監護人必須是學生的父母、法定監護人或其他符合條件的親屬,且年齡需滿21歲。此簽證不允許持有人在澳洲工作,也無法進行超過3個月的學習。監護人必須持有健康保險,且需證明具有足夠的財力來支持自己及學生在澳洲的生活費用。
