La Trobe College Australia 是大學附屬學院，校舍設於墨爾本及悉尼校區內，學生可即時享用大學設施與支援服務。學院提供多元課程，包括基礎課程及文憑課程（商業、健康科學、工程、心理學、資訊科技等），讓學生順利銜接至 La Trobe University 學士課程第一或第二年級。學院提供小班教學、免費技能工作坊及個別輔導，讓學生在專業支援下提升學術及語言能力。未符合英語要求的學生可先就讀 EAP 課程，課程設有 9 個開課期，幫助學生達至升學英語標準。La Trobe University及La Trobe College Australia 均為國際學生設有學費減免獎學金，以鼓勵和表揚優異學生。
