The Hotel School Australia (THA) 由 Southern Cross University 與全球酒店集團Mulpha 合辦，專注培育具全球視野的酒店與旅遊管理人才。校舍設於三大城市中心，學生能在學習期間直接接觸行業前線。
課程涵蓋酒店管理、旅遊及活動管理，提供Diploma、學士及碩士課程，所有學位均由Southern Cross University 頒授。課程結合理論與實務，學生在修讀期間學校會安排於五星級酒店、度假村及旅遊機構完成 600 至880 小時的帶薪實習（Paid Placement），從中獲取實戰經驗，畢業即具行業競爭力。
THA 亦特別歡迎具相關工作經驗的酒店從業員報讀，學校可根據行業工作經驗（Prior Industry Experience）年資認可入學，讓有經驗但未持學位的專業人士可直接修讀相關課程，為晉升管理層鋪路。憑藉小班教學、行業導向課程及強大校友網絡，THA 畢業生就業率高達 97%（畢業後6 個月內），是有志於進軍國際酒店與旅遊管理界學生的理想選擇。
