主要課程包括Foundation Program（USFP）及 High Achievers Preparation Program（HAPP），課程以小班教學為主，培養學生的批判思維、協作及學術研究能力。USFP 提供9 個月至 12 個月課程選擇，學生可按程度選擇標準或密集模式；HAPP 為期 3.5 個月，專為為成績及英語優異的學生而設，加速銜接學士課程。學生於修讀期間即可使用悉尼大學的圖書館及運動設施，體驗真正的大學校園生活。學校設有完善的學生支援、輔導及社團活動，協助海外學生順利適應澳洲生活與學習環境。
